Thomas Door & Window Controls service engineers operate from fully equipped mobile workshops, stocked with a comprehensive range of hardware, fittings and associated products that allows us to provide a rapid repairs solution. Our service centre uses a remote tracking system of our engineers and fleet vehicles so we can offer our customers a swift solution and assign an engineer the same day to carry out urgent repairs immediately.
Responsive Repair Times
Repair jobs are prioritised into either emergency, urgent or routine and our in-house team schedule either morning or afternoon appointments. From the time at which the repair is first logged we aim to complete emergency jobs within 24 hours; urgent repairs within 7 days; and routine jobs within 28 days.
