Working within the latest full health and safety legislation guidelines, all our service engineers are police checked and arrive at your premises with Thomas Door & Window Control identity cards.

Full Training & Professional Development
Our investment in staff training and professional development is why our engineers are so highly motivated to deliver every time. Our network of service engineers are trained in all aspects of their daily work schedules with respect to technical, quality, safety and environmental matters. They are uniquely positioned to service, repair and install all door operators, window controls and access control products, regardless of the manufacturer.
All have taken the Automatic Door Suppliers’ Association’s competency exam which gives them authorisation to carry out maintenance, repairs and installations of Automatic Doors in compliance with British Standards, particularly BS7036 (1996).

However, In the event of a health & safety, fire regulation or security problem our fully equipped vehicles are on call 24 hours a day with our accredited engineers ready to carry out essential repairs when necessary during or after your working hours
