Our expert in-house team ensure that when you choose Thomas Door & Window Controls we assign an engineer to visit premises within the requested hours and adapt to their working environment for minimal disruption.
Responsive Repair Times
Repair jobs are prioritised into either emergency, urgent or routine and our in-house team schedule either morning or afternoon appointments. From the time at which the repair is first logged we aim to complete emergency jobs within 24 hours; urgent repairs within 7 days; and routine jobs within 28 days.
