When choosing Thomas Door & Window Controls, you get access to our technical in-house service and support teams who with over 150 years industry experience between them will understand your installation, maintenance & repair needs from the outset.
We can help with all emergency door repairs and emergency window repairs. We make sure that we meet our service standards by co-ordinating and constantly reviewing our response service.

The service desk is open between 8.30am and 5pm weekdays.
Response Times
Our response times aim to get an engineer to you within one working day from receipt of call.
However, In the event of a health & safety, fire regulation or security problem our fully equipped vehicles are on call 24 hours a day with our accredited engineers ready to carry out essential repairs when necessary during or after your working hours.
Out of Hours Emergency Response
Outside working hours preventative maintenance customers have a dedicated number which they can call to assign an engineer immediately to carry out essential works.
If you do not have a maintenance plan in place then a minimum call out charge will apply plus labour and associated parts.
This can be subsidised in lieu of taking out a maintenance plan after the visit.
