Responsive Repairs

We provide a responsive repairs service to offer you a fast and effective solution to all door, window and access control faults and associated problems. Highlights include all commercial door repairs, commercial window repairs as well as automatic door repairs.

Our in-house responsive repairs team will understand your repair needs from the outset, record your fault, offer advice and assign an engineer to be with you immediately.

The service desk is open between 8.30am and 5pm weekdays.

With strategically placed engineers across the South East and surrounding Counties we aim to be with on-site within one working day from receipt of call and we will offer you either a morning (8am to 1pm) or afternoon (1pm to 5pm) appointment that is convenient with yourselves.

Reporting emergency repairs - In the event of a health & safety, fire regulation or security problem our fully equipped vehicles are on call 24 hours a day with our accredited engineers ready to carry out essential repairs when necessary during or after your working hours.

Security - All Thomas Door & Window Controls engineers carry official identity cards that include their photographs. Before allowing anyone claiming to be from our company please ask to see their card.  If you are in any doubt about the identity of a caller do not let them in. Call the service desk on 0800 525384. Genuine service engineers will not mind waiting whilst you check their identity.
